Introduction to the Series III Ozone Generator Products:
This series of ozone generators applies large-scale IGBT integration technology, using extremely stable, highly efficient, and ultra-long-life titanium alloy dehydroxylated quartz structure or dehydroxylated quartz structure discharge units, with a unique ozone-resistant dual-pipeline design, air cooling, and production components from internationally renowned manufacturers. The intelligent design of the generator represents world-leading technology.
Product Features:
1. Intelligent titanium alloy dehydroxylated quartz structure or dehydroxylated quartz structure ozone generator, ultra-long life design, high ozone concentration, with power and volume only one-fifth to one-twentieth of some similar products.
2. No ozone alarm, does not automatically shut down, returns to normal after ozone presence; this function indicates whether the discharge unit is working normally. The following situations do not trigger the no-ozone alarm: a. No gas source input b. Gas pipeline blockage or leakage. Ozone concentration is related to the input gas source, maximum when inputting oxygen, followed by dry air.
3. Water return alarm, shut down and use oxygen or dry air to dry before restarting; stopping the alarm 3 seconds after starting is normal.
4. Over-temperature alarm and shutdown protection; when the temperature is below 50 degrees, it automatically resumes operation and stops the alarm. This situation occurs when: a. The fan mesh is blocked. b. The ambient temperature is too high.
5. Circuit failure alarm.
