Working Principle:
The fully automatic filtration system uses one or more filtering media to remove impurities from the original liquid under a certain pressure, thus achieving the purpose of filtration. The internal filling materials generally include: pebbles, quartz sand, anthracite, activated carbon, granular porous ceramics, manganese sand, etc., which need to be selected based on the quality of the raw water and the requirements of the effluent.
The fully automatic filtration system mainly uses filling materials to reduce the turbidity in water, intercept and remove suspended solids, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms, chlorine odor, and some heavy metal ions, thereby purifying the water treatment process.

1. Unique three-tank structure
The three-tank structure fully automatic backwashing filtration system designed by our company can reduce the supporting facilities such as backwash water tanks and backwash pumps, making backwashing simpler, operation more automatic, and investment more economical.
2. Good corrosion resistance
The inner wall of the tank adopts a double-layer high-temperature fluidized rubber lining process, while the outer wall uses two layers of epoxy zinc-rich primer, plus an acrylic polyurethane topcoat process.
3. High degree of automation
The backwashing is equipped with three modes: differential pressure control, time control, and manual backwash, allowing for unattended operation during automatic running.
Scope of Use
Mainly used for water treatment to remove turbidity, pre-treatment for reverse osmosis and ion exchange softening desalination systems, and can also be used for mud and sand removal from surface water and groundwater. The incoming water turbidity requirement is less than 20 degrees, and the effluent turbidity can reach below 3 degrees. It can be widely applied in electronics and power, petrochemical, metallurgy and electroplating, papermaking and textiles, pharmaceutical dialysis, aquaculture, food and beverage, domestic drinking water, industrial enterprise water, swimming pools, etc.
