Introduction to Constant Temperature System

I. Working Principle

1.1 Refrigeration Cycle

Connect the machine's refrigeration water circuit as indicated by the label, turn on the power, and after pressing the power button on the panel, when t water > t difference, the machine enters refrigeration mode. Through the circulation of refrigerant, the heat from the water flowing through the evaporator is carried to the condenser, and then the heat is transferred to the air through airflow, cooling the circulating water.

1.2 Heating Cycle

After pressing the power button on the panel, when t water < t difference, the machine enters heating mode. A reversing valve is used to change the flow direction of the refrigerant, first entering the evaporator to release heat, transferring heat to the circulating water, then entering the condenser to absorb heat, and returning to the compressor. Through the circulation of refrigerant, heat is absorbed from the ambient air and released to the water, raising the temperature of the circulating water.

II. Applications

3.2 The temperature controller's control system uses a power-off temperature memory system, which effectively ensures that when power is restored after a power outage, it automatically continues to work at the originally set temperature to ensure normal water temperature.

3.4 This product is a dual-purpose machine—integrating refrigeration and heating. It features a digital display electronic temperature controller, allowing users to freely set the temperature, with high efficiency, stability, and ease of operation.

3.5 The temperature controller can automatically switch between "cooling mode" (or "heating mode") based on the temperature you adjust.

3.6 It uses an imported electronic expansion valve for throttling adjustment, which has a larger adjustment range than a thermal expansion valve, allowing the unit to operate normally under harsh conditions and reducing the possibility of frosting at low temperatures.
3.7 The condenser heat exchanger is designed with an ultra-large heat exchange area, resulting in lower operating pressure, smaller operating current, more stable unit operation, and greater durability of the compressor.
3.8 It employs supercooling anti-frost technology, effectively improving the unit's water production efficiency and addressing the severe frosting issue at the bottom of the evaporator.
3.9 It features an automatic power-off memory function, multi-level liquid level control for the water tank, multi-period timing function, and microcomputer automatic defrosting function.
3.10 It uses refrigerant heating technology and liquid spraying technology to address the severe performance degradation of the unit due to low ambient temperatures in northern regions, as well as the occurrence of high-temperature protection.
