Product Introduction:
The Chaochi Oxygen Cone is a specialized oxygenation device designed for high-density recirculating aquaculture. It is a special pressure vessel for mixing oxygen and water, with the main function of increasing pressure under conditions of sufficient gas-liquid mixing to force the gas to overcome the surface tension of water and dissolve passively. Due to its special structure, the oxygen cone must be used in conjunction with a booster pump, ejector, and other equipment to ensure that oxygen is fully dissolved in the water. The gas source can be an oxygen generator or oxygen cylinder (with oxygen purity greater than 90%).
The oxygen cone is made of fiberglass (high-strength glass fiber reinforced resin) through a spray-melt winding process. It presents a conical structure that is smaller at the top and larger at the bottom, with PVC flanges for water inlet and outlet connections. The bottom has a sewage outlet and observation window, and all pipe fittings are made of PVC material, which is corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and ozone-resistant. The cone normally withstands a pressure not exceeding 2.5KG, and the maximum water temperature should not exceed 43℃.
